Q. How are my Rebound Rewards calculated?
A. Your reward is calculated based on the amount spent (after coupons, before shipping) on each order. If a customer placed an order for $250, the customer would receive $10 in Rebound Rewards for this order. If the same customer placed an order for $175 during the same month, the customer would receive $5 in Rebound Rewards for this order. Since we consolidate the value of all Rebound Rewards earned during a month, the customer would receive $15 in Rebound Rewards. E-Gift Certificates are not eligible for Rebound Rewards.
Q. Why must I place an order through a registered account to be eligible for Rebound Rewards?
A. In order to take full advantage of this feature, a user account is required. There are other benefits to using a customer account like saved addresses, wish lists, order tracking and history.
Q. When will I receive my Rebound Rewards?
A. E-mails containing your Rebound Rewards codes will be sent on the first day of the month, one full calendar month after the order was originally placed. For example, if a customer placed an order on July 15th, the code would be sent on September 1st. There must be one full calendar month in between the day that the order was placed and the first day of a month.
Q. Will I receive Rebound Rewards codes through e-mail?
A. Yes. Codes will be sent though E-Mail to the address you used when you placed the order. Customers with valid Rewards Certificates will also receive a reminder 5 days prior to the expiration of a code.
Q. How do I access my Rebound Rewards online?
A. Log into your customer account and once on the Dashboard has loaded, click the ‘My Rebound Rewards’ link on the left menu. Once you are on the ‘My Rebound Rewards’ page, you will see a list of active and expired/redeemed Rebound Rewards codes.
Q. How do I redeem my Rebound Rewards?
A. Log into your customer account and click on the link titled ‘My Rebound Rewards’. From this point you may copy any active code and paste it into the Coupon Code field during checkout. Click on the Apply Coupon button and your rewards will be subtracted from the order subtotal.
Q. Do I have to be logged in to redeem my Rebound Rewards?
A. Yes. You must be logged in to redeem your Rebound Rewards. In order to you redeem your code, you must be logged into same account the reward was assigned to. Rebound Rewards are not transferable.
Q. How much does Rebound Rewards cost?
A. We don’t believe a loyalty program should have a price tag attached to it – that’s not really rewarding loyalty. Registration in Rebound Rewards is absolutely free. All you need to do is register a user account and use the account to complete your purchases.
Q. Can I qualify for Rebound Rewards if I placed my order using a guest account?
A. Unfortunately, it is not possible to qualify for Rebound Rewards if your order was placed using as a guest.
